Two men assaulted and robbed on Willesden Lane

Police in Brent are appealing for witnesses after two robberies took place in the early hours of the morning on Saturday in the Willesden Lane area.
At 3 am a 24-year-old man was assaulted in Willesden Lane by a group of men causing scratches to his upper back. His mobile phone was taken during the assault.
London Ambulance Service attended and the victim was taken to a London hospital with head and back pain.
A 50-year-old man who was walking home along Willesden Lane had seen the incident take place and confronted the group. In Kimberley Road he was punched in the face, knocking him to the floor. The victim got up and walked home. Once home he noticed his wallet was missing.
London Ambulance Service attended and the victim was taken to a north London hospital with a broken jaw and lacerations to his nose and lip.
No arrests have been made as enquiries continue
