The Skeffington brothers who died in a tragic incident at their Sligo home on Saturday will be laid to rest tomorrow morning.

Shane and his nine-year-old brother Brandon were found dead in their home in Tubbercurry by their parents at the weekend.

Brandon suffered multiple stab wounds and was airlifted to hospital where he died of his injuries.

His 20-year-old brother Shane was found dead in the shed next to their home, and it is believed that he stabbed his younger brothers before taking his own life.

The funeral is due to arrive at their local church; St Attracta’s in Tourlestrane tomorrow morning and they will then be buried at Rhue Cemetery.
