Police concern for missing man

Police in Hackney are growing increasingly concerned for the welfare of a man missing from Stoke Newington.

Daniel Doherty, 42, last spoke with his family on November 16 of last year and has not been seen by them since and has failed to make contact.

Daniel is described as white, 5ft 7ins tall, of medium build, with blue eyes and blond hair.

Enquiries suggest that he may have still been in the Hackney area in Spring.

Officers and Daniel’s family are increasingly concerned for his wellbeing as his lack of contact is out of character.

Daniel has previously worked in the construction industry and may be seeking employment on building sites.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call police on 020 7275 3057 or via 101 quoting reference 15MIS013240.

Alternatively, anyone with information can contact Missing People on 116000.
