A group of country singers are organising The Songwriters Round to coincide with the day before the British Country Music Awards this weekend.

Gary Quinn, from Omagh, is up for six awards on Sunday for Best Male Vocalist, UK Song of the Year, Band of the Year, Radio Act of the Year,  UK Album of the Year and Songwriter of the Year.

Last year’s Song of the Year winner has joined forces with Beau Fuller and fellow nominees Luke &  Mel and Emma Jane to organise a country feast the night before at The Wick at Hackney Wick.

Tickets cost £10, and doors open at 7:30pm. You can purchase them from here.
