One of the eight men charged with conspiracy to burgle following last month’s Hatton Garden £200 million heist is an Irish plumber.

Hugh Doyle, reportedly from Dublin, was yesterday featured in a Sky News broadcast where the following YouTube video of him talking about his trade was shown.

The 48-year-old, based in Enfield, is the youngest of the eight charged, with their ages ranging from 58 to 76.

The other men are named as Terry Perkins (67), John Collins (74), Daniel Jones (58), William Lincoln (59), Brian Reader (76) Paul Reader (50), Carl Wood (58).

Metropolitan Police say they have recovered most of the valuable property stolen in the Hatton Garden robbery and that the men have been remanded in custody before appearing in Westminster Magistrates Court later today.
