Tomorrow night, the organisation who promote Irish talent and support them by providing performance opportunities, host the music extravaganza which sees the London debut recital of Royal Dublin Society Music Bursary 2014 winner.

A fascinating programme of music for trombone will feature a composition by Ivor Gurney – an English composer and poet who fought in World War 1; a solo work by West Side Story composer Leonard Bernstein; Clara’s musical colleagues will join her for a brass quintet, originally arranged for world renowned group Canadian Brass;  a trombone and piano sonata by neglected Polish composer Zygmunt Stojowski, who befirended Tcahikovsky, and an Irish arrangement by Mary O’Hara for trombone and harp.

Tickets cost £20 (or £5 for students) and include a wine reception and programme.
