A varied array of Irish rugby stars and businessmen, past and present, attended Lloyd’s of London recently to discuss a potential bid for Ireland to host the 2023 Rugby World Cup.

Held within the throws of Ireland’s World Cup campaign this year, Bob Casey, CEO of London Irish Rugby Football Club, Dougie Howlett, former Munster star and the highest try-scorer in the history of the All Blacks, and Enda Lynch, the Commerical and Marketing Manager of Munster Rugby, invited by IIBN to discuss the economic benefits a World Cup Bid would bring.
