Gwyneth Paltrow has heaped praise on her “fashion forward” stylist Elizabeth Saltzman.

The fashionista has been ranked fourth in the The Hollywood Reporter’s annual 25 Most Powerful Stylists in Hollywood list, and Gwyneth is over the moon.

To celebrate the best stylists in the game, a party was thrown in their honour at Sunset Tower’s Tower Bar in West Hollywood, co-hosted by Jimmy Choo.

“She has incredible taste, she is always pushing fashion forward with the way that she envisions me, and she is really a good girlfriend,” Gwyneth beamed.

“We are here to have fun tonight,” London-based Elizabeth smiled, with Gwyneth adding: “We are just excited to drink some martinis!”

Elizabeth also works with Saoirse Ronan, and when the pair first met the power stylist was worried she wouldn’t be able to pronounce the Irish actress’ name correctly.

“My first time meeting Saoirse, I thought, ‘How am I going to say her name? What am I going to do? I’ll just call her ‘babe.’” Elizabeth recalled.

“I’m glad you didn’t — I remember one time I was working with a photographer, and he kept calling me angel, and it really p**sed me off,” Saoirse shot back.

Elizabeth also works with Uma Thurman and Gemma Arterton.

Kate Young topped the list this year, boasting a celebrity roster including Sienna Miller, Selena Gomez and Margot Robbie.

Cristina Ehrlich, the lady behind awards darling Brie Larson’s recent looks, came in at number two. The gold-beaded Calvin Klein dress Brie donned for the 2016 Golden Globes was the Oscar-winner’s favourite look – she loved it so much she burst into tears upon seeing it.

“It was the first time I’ve ever cried over a garment,” Brie admitted.

“I wanted something that felt very clean and simple,” Cristina explained.

“So we went with the sparkliest dress — and the most revealing thing I’ve ever worn,” Brie giggled.
