Concerns grow for Irishman missing from Cricklewood

John Dowdall

Concerns are growing for the welfare of a Co. Clare man, staying at the Crown Moran Hotel in Cricklewood, who has now been missing for over a week.

John Dowdall, of Scarriff, was last seen at the hotel Thursday 7 August at 5pm, having stayed there since the 31 July. He failed to return on Thursday, leaving all of his belongings and possessions behind.

The 37-year-old also left his diabetes medication at the hotel. John is described as being 5ft 7ins tall and of large stocky build.

Officers are increasingly concerned for his/her wellbeing and would urge anyone with information on his whereabouts to call the Colindale Missing Persons Unit on 0208 733 4420, 101 or Missing People on 116000 quoting Merlin 14MIS028286.
