Tir Chonaill Gaels will head to Ireland on November 24/25 for a challenge match double-header as part of the club’s All Ireland Club SFC quarter-final preparations against the still to be decided Munster champions at Ruislip on December 16.

The Greenford club will base itself in the Dublin area although the names of their opposition for these two crucial challenge matches has yet to be clarified.

“There is nothing firmed up on that as yet,” said TCG director of football Paddy Carr. “This time of the year it’s difficult to firm up opposition because most counties are not back training, the colleges are involved in football during the week but a lot of them are unavailable at the weekend.”
