Parnell’s became the first ladies football club outside Ireland to win an All-Ireland club title after a facile victory over Tipperary champions Cahir at a rain-swept Ballymore Eustace in Co. Kildare last Sunday afternoon.

The Exiles, inspired by yet another outstanding individual display from their talismanic captain Hannah Noonan, achieved yet another memorable milestone in the history of London ladies football after a hugely disappointing contest against a much younger and inexperienced team, who included ten teenagers in their starting XV.
