Friends and Cougar Town actress Courteney Cox will spend part of her summer with Irish-born survival expert Bear Grylls after she became the latest celebrity to sign up to his show Running Wild.
The 51-year-old will team up with the former soldier in Ireland, with Grylls selecting his birthplace as one of the “exotic” locations to be used for the programme.
It means Cox will be visiting her partner’s homeland, after the former Friends star recently reunited with Snow Patrol’s Johnny McDaid.
She will learn how to survive in the wild alongside champion ski racer Lindsey Vonn, with other celebrities Vanessa Hudgens, Nick Jonas and Julianne Hough also scheduled to take part.
Grylls, who was born in Donaghadee, Co. Down, worked with Vogue Williams in the 2015 edition of Bear Grylls: Mission Survive, a competitive show which the Irish model from Howth, Co. Dublin went on to win.
