This Saint Patrick’s weekend you can get your celebrations off to a great start with a night of Irish entertainment, all under the one roof.
On Friday March 14, from 7pm, event company Take the Mike will be hosting a top line-up of Irish entertainment at Hammersmith pub The Duchess of Cambridge, where it organises its popular monthly comedy shows.
MC for the evening is Irish funny man Jarlath Regan with his ‘subtle yet sublime helpings of observational wit’. As warm-up man for hit BBC sitcom Mrs Brown’s Boys, Jarlath, a former panellist on RTE’s The Panel, is certain to bring some laughs of his own to proceedings.
The evening is headlined by talented comedian and actor Paddy Lennox. Paddy, who tends to combine topical material with observational routines, has supported comedians Lucy Porter, Rhod Gilbert and comedian Micky Flanagan on tour.
Also on the line-up is Manchester-based Irish comic Kieran Lawless, Winner of Bulmer’s comedy competition in 2007 and an Amused Moose Irish Finalist 2008.
Special Offers on tickets include a Food and comedy offer (£12) and a Group Offer (three or more customers booking together get £10 tickets).
