Kevin McNally ASBO

A man has been handed a five year ASBO preventing him from entering any part of the Harrow Wealdstone area.

Kevin McNally was convicted in January at Brent Magistrates for resisting arrest, obstructing a constable and failing to comply with the direction of a constable, failing to disperse and assault on police.

Wealdstone Dispersal Zone newOn 16 July, Hendon Magistrates Court granted an Anti Social Behaviour Order, which lasts for five years, stating that McNally, currently of Rawson Street, Nottingham, must not:

1 Enter the Wealdstone dispersal zone as shown on the attached map, unless passing through on a train or tube.

2 Carry any open vessel of alcohol in any public place within the London Borough of Harrow.

Harrow Anti-Social Behaviour Unit said: “We will continue to deal with street drinkers and anti social behaviour in a robust manner. This ASBO will protect the public from crime, ASB and intimidation.”
