Promoters have confirmed that due to high demand country superstar Garth Brooks will play a third date at Croke Park next summer, after tickets for his first two shows went on sale.

Fans across Ireland – and further afield – have been queuing pretty horrible weather for the past few days to try and get their hands on the coveted gig tickets.

Tickets for Garth’s two concerts on July 25 and 26 went on sale at 9am this morning, with a third date on Sunday July 27 now being added.

Yesterday Ryan Tubridy chatted to 28-year-old Anina who has been queuing up in Lurgan, County Armagh since Monday evening.

Tickets are on sale now from all Ticketmaster outlets and from ticketmaster.ie (including the extra date of Sunday July 27).
