Mind Yourself this week announces 10 weeks FREE swim/gym sessions
It’s January and time to haul out those old trusted New Year resolutions. You know the ones…eat healthily, cut down the booze, stop smoking and of course get more exercise. Well Mind Yourself say they are delighted to be able to help you with the exercise one!
From 20th January for 10 weeks from 10.30-12.30pm Mind Yourself will be holding FREE swim/gym sessions at the all new bells and whistles Pancras Sports Centre in Kings Cross.
The centre is fully accessible and the sessions are suitable for people of all ages and abilities.
You decide how energetic you want to. There will be some instruction available if you would like this. If you want to swim or to work-out or to do both then why not come along.

Then dust off your swim speedos or trainers and come along for exercise and company.”
